一、教材分析：
本课是外研社版四年级下第三模块第一单元，主要内容和重点就是学生正确使用上学期学过的过去式，用英语讲故事。本课情境是源于古希腊伊索寓言的经典道德故事《狼来了》，这则故事告诉孩子不要说谎，经常说谎的人即便以后说真话也没有人会相信，要做诚实守信的人。
二、学情分析
学生在上学期重点学习了语法知识一般过去式，对一般过去式非常熟悉，大部分学生能够正确运用。四年级学生本身好奇性比较强喜欢故事和表演展示等，教师可以积极鼓励学生参与课堂活动，提高学生学习兴趣。
三、教学目标
语言知识目标：
全体学生能够理解：shout, wolf, sheep, ran, once upon a time, look after, bored, village,
everyone, laugh, lie, learnt, lesson, wouldn’t=would not；He shouted, “Wolf, wolf!”
并能够运用 sheep, ran, lesson, month; He shouted, “Wolf, wolf!”
b.语言技能目标：
学生能够在图片的帮助下正确使用动词过去式用英语讲简单的小故事。
c.情感态度目标： 学生认识到不要说谎，经常说谎的人即便以后说真话也没有人会相信，要做诚实守信的人
