教学目标

(1)能听懂,会说,认读单词 women、wear-wore、 tell - told、laugh-laughed、 joke 、 funny、
(2) 能听懂,会说,认读句式The men wore women’s clothes. The women wore men’s clothes. The actors told lots of jokes. We laughed a lot. We all ate hamburgers and chips. 能比较准确地描述过去发生的事情。
(3)能朗读课文,阅读相关短文。
(4)全体学生能按要求完成句子书写,部分学生可以书写小短文讲述自己的故事。

文化意识:在学习和日常交际中,能进一步注意到中外文化的异同。如课文第一部分中“ I saw a man, he wore a skirt”出现的苏格兰裙文化;还有英国孩子喜欢theatre
学情分析
本课的教学对象是五年级学生,他们学习英语已有三年时间,具备了一定的英语学习能力,并掌握了部分不规则动词的过去式。学生在之前的学习中有接触到过去式,对动词的变化规则也有一定的了解,本课学习讲故事、分享故事是学生喜闻乐见的内容,在这种基础上让学生理解过去式的表意功能积极性较大。
学时:1课时: 45分钟
教学重点:
(1)能听懂,会说,认读单词 wore/ actor/ tell - told/ joke / funny
(2) 能听懂,会说,认读句式The men wore women’s clothes. The women wore men’s clothes. The actors told lots of jokes. We laughed a lot. We all ate hamburgers and chips. 能比较准确地描述过去发生的事情。
教学难点:
(1)能借助图片和文字听懂、读懂和朗读课文。
(2)能够正确使用过去式描述过去发生的事情。
教学方法:任务型教学法
教学手段:利用影音资料,为学生提供原味的影音材料;利用课件给学生呈现更多的场景;利用单词卡给学生呈现更加明了直观的内容

Step 1: Warming up
1. Greetings.
T: Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to see you.
2. A song. Where did you go
T: Boys and girls, I would like to begin our class by singing an old song Where did you go After the song, I want you to answer my questions, can you read the questions (PPT shows the questions)

Step 2 :Lead in
T: Now, we know Lingling and her friends went to the park and saw a lot of places and she didn’t buy anything at all in London. Do you want to know what else did they do Now, please open your book to page 50,watch the video and find out : What did they see
Step 3: Presentation
Part 1 learning:
a. Watch the video and answer the questions:
T:What did Amy see Ss: She saw a dog. T: How about the dog Ss:It wore a coat. (学生回答时候注意提醒学生使用过去式 saw,并利用词卡学生单词wore)T:What did Sam see Ss: He saw a dog, it wore a hat.
T:What did Lingling see Ss: She saw a man, he wore a skirt.
T: Have you seen a man wore a skirt Why the man wore a skirt (让学生回答为什么男的穿裙子,如果学生可以答出苏格拉裙子的文化就好,如果不可以,让学生课后回去查资料,下次课再讨论)
b. Listen and repeat.(提醒孩子模仿语音语调)
Part 2 learning:
a. Lead in T: Now we know Lingling’s story, but where’s her friend Daming Ss: In China . T: Yes, so Lingling write a letter to Daming.(利用词卡教授单词letter)。 Do you want to know what did Lingling say in the letter Now let’s watch the video and answer the questions.
1) Where did they go
They went to a children’s theatre.

b. Read the 1st paragraph and answer questions .
1) What did the men wear
