Presentation (7min)Play the sound of tigers and elephants to present new words: tiger and elephant.Show some pictures to present more animals and some adjectives to describe animals.Guessing : Ss guess the animals to present the sentence patterns:—Do you like... —Does he/she like... —Why do you like… —Why does he/she like... —Because they’re… —Because he/she thinks they’re...Step 3 . Pre-listening (8min)Pair working: Show the pictures of pandas and koalas. Ss work in pairs to talk why they want to see them.Then read the conversations together.2.Group working. Invite Ss to go to the zoo to see the animals(Show a picture of a zoo). Ss work in groups to discuss the reasons for loving these animals by using the new sentence patterns.3.
