(1) 用法：why 是对原因进行提问的疑问句，其答语多用 because 来引导。
(2) 句子结构

◇ 2. where
(1) 用法：where引导的特殊疑问句询问来 自哪里。
(2) 句子结构
—Where + are + S(n.) + from
—They + are + from + sp.

——它们来自非洲。
◇ 3. adj.的用法
(1) 作定语，修饰名词：adj. + n.
This is an interesting magazine.
这是一本有趣的杂志。
(2) 作表语。置于系动词之后。

大象很聪明。
特殊疑问句
含义：特殊疑问句是对句中某一特定部分进行提问的疑问句，句首用特殊疑问词，句末用问号，一般用降调。
(2) 当疑问词作主语或主语的修饰语时，要用“主语 + 其他”的正常语序。其他情况用“疑问词+特殊疑问句？”的结构。
