Step1. Greeting.
Say hello to everyone.
Step2. Warm up.
Answer quickly.
T: I have some pictures. Please tell me the meaning of them.
Show the pictures to students.
Step3. Show the learning aims to the students.
Ask a student to read it .
Step4.复习现在进行时态的用法。
含义：表示正在发生的事情。
结构：be + 现在分词
Step5. Practise.
1.写出下列各词的现在分词。
Ask the students to answer.
Read after the teacher.
2.Show some pictures to the students. Ask and answer.
What is he doing
He is playing basketball/ playing football.
What is she doing
She is dancing.
What are they doing
They are playing chess/listening to music.
Read the sentences after the teacher.
Read the sentences one by one.
Step6. Describe the photo.
Show some photos to the students. Describe the photo with students.
1. The sun is shining. The birds are singing in the tree. We are looking at some ducks.
2. It's starting to rain. The bird is flying away.
3. It's raining .The ducks are eating our sandwiches.
Step7. Group work.
Describe the photos by group. Ask students to read and write on the blackboard.

Choose your favorite photo . Describe it to classmates.
