What should he/she do
First, he/she should go to the hospital.
Then he/she should get an X-ray.
Finally, he/she should rest for a few days.

V. Teaching steps(教学步骤)
Step 1. Lead –in and revision.
1. Let’s the students sing an English song and act according to the song together .
2. Review some sentences about the last period.
Step 2. New class.
Let’s the students look at the pictures , ask and answer, and use the following sentences.
What’s the matter (with sb.)

He/She/ You/We should (do sth.).
First, the teacher asks, the students answer. Next, read together. Then, let’s the Students ask and answer in pairs. Finally, ask some of the students to act out the conversation in class. And ask them to pay more attention to following expressions.
Sb. got hit on the head. Sb. had a nosebleed.
Run it under water. Press the sides of your nose.
Put your head down.
Step 3. Work on 1a.
1. T: Now ,we have learned what to do with some accidents. Look at the three pictures in 1a, what accidents are they
When these accidents happen, What should you do Put the actions in order.
2. Students do it.
3. Check the answers.
Step 4. Work on 1b and 1c
T: Now, boys and girls, you have learned something about how to deal with accidents. Now let’s listen to a conversation. Try to catch what happened and what the treatments are. Try you best to finish 1b and 1c.

Step 5. Work on 1d
T: Now, class, for pairwork, I would like one student to be the nurse and the other to be the patient. Use the information in the textbook to role-play a conversation.
And then ask some of the students to act out their own dialogues in the front of the classroom.
