The Mysterious(神秘的) Easter Island（复活节岛）
It is a small island in Chile（智利）. It's very small, about 6,000 people live here.
There are about 887 stone statues(石像) on the island, most of them near the
sea.These statues have big heads and small bodies. Their noses are very big
and their ears are very long. A small number of statues wear red stone hats.
We can imagine（想像）, about 1700 years ago, people came to this beautiful
island and made these huge(巨大) stone statues. How did they do that
No one knows.
