Step 1 Greeting & Warm-up

【设计意图:运用Brainstorming头脑风暴法帮助学生开拓视野,输入输出更多感觉类的形容词,为下阶段运用做好铺垫。】
Step 2 Revision
1. When should we see the doctor
Ss: When I have ____ , I should see the doctor.
2. In this unit, who goes to see the doctor
S1:Su Hai.
S2:Mike.
S3:And there are some animal friends .The giraffe ,the monkey ,the rabbit, the elephant.
3.Talk about Su Hai.
(1) What’s wrong with Su Hai
(2)How does she feel
(3)What should she do
4.Group work: Finish the mind map
(1)What about Mike and these animals Choose one and finish the mind map.

(1)同桌演一段医生和病人间的对话。
(2)上台表演。

(3)教师板书。

Step 3 Checkout time
1. Listen and choose.
(1) Try to guess: Is Tim all right What’s the matter with Tim Think and say.根据图片,去猜测一下Tim怎么了?
(2) Listen and choose: Open your books , and turn to page 45. 完成Checkout板块的听音选择。
(3) Check the answers.
(4) Do you remember: What should not Tim do
(5) Listen again and try to answer.
(6) Try to say: Say something about Tim.根据思维导图,复述Tim的情况。
2.Think and write
(1)T: Look at the pictures. What should they do What shouldn’t they do
T: Picture 1. How does he feel
S1: He feels hot. He should take off his jacket.
T: Picture 2. How does she feel
S2: She feels cold. She should put on her coat.
T: Picture 3. What’s wrong with her
S3: She likes eating sweets. She sometimes has a toothache.
She should brush her teeth in the morning and before bedtime.
She shouldn’t eat too many sweets.
T: Picture 4. What’s wrong with her
S4: She has a headache. She feels tired. She should not watch TV.
She should go to bed and have a rest.
T: Picture 5. Where are they
S5: They are in the library. They should not shout or talk.
They shouldn’t eat or drink.
