Unit 5 Helping our parents (Period 3)
1、教学内容
本课围绕Helen 和Mike为父母做家务，感受Mike幸福的family life。再拓展Tom的为奶奶过生日的情景，感受到在家庭中的浓浓爱意。从而让学生也联系自己的family life,描述自己甜蜜的家庭生活片段。
2、教学目标
(1)知识目标：学生能用现在进行时的be +doing 的结构来描述家庭生活。My father is ... My mother is ... My brother is ... I am.... I have a ...family life.
(2)能力目标：学生能注意句式的正确表达。
(3)情感目标：在家庭生活中感受父母的付出，关爱，激发学生关爱家人，陪伴家人的感情。
三、教学重点难点
学生能连贯地用现在进行时序地表达自己的甜蜜温暖的Sweet home life.

Step 1 Warming up

Yes. There are four. This is me. This is my husband, this is my daughter and this is my lovely son. We are happy together. At weekends, I always do a lot of housework. Look! What am I doing

He is washing the dishes. He washes the dishes evening. And he always does a lot of housework at home. Next , what is my daughter doing She is washing her socks.
