Once upon a time, there were two mountains near Yu Gong’s house. They were so high and big that it took a long time to walk to the other side.
2. What happened next
Yu Gong and his family began to put some of the earth and stone into the sea in order to move the mountains. A man tried to ask Yu Gong to give up. However, he continued to dig day after day and year after year.

Finally, a god was moved by Yu Gong so he sent two gods to take the mountains away.
