难点分析 从知识角度分析为什么难 1.乐器类词汇和表达个人才能词汇与本单元的核心词汇“can”相互交织,词汇的主要功能和构成区分度小。 2.如何能够运用情态动词can及所学其它词汇表达自己某一方面所具有的才能,谈论自己的喜好与意愿,能自荐或参加各种课外俱乐部,并制作海报而且学会招聘广告。
从学生角度分析为什么难 1.对于乐器类的固定的不同表达容易和球类运动的固定表达相混淆,他们之间存在相同点,又存在差异性。 2.单元存在很多乐器和表个人才能的词汇,但是由于量大并且知识点零碎,所以,学生很难把这些词汇和本单元的核心表达“can”紧密联系在一起,表达出现单一性,不能充分发挥功能话题的作用。
难点教学方法 1.词汇分类讲解,一类是名词,主要突破乐器类词汇;一类是动词,主要突破个人才能的词汇。 2.利用自制小漫画、自创诗歌等形式,创新教学方法,提高学习兴趣,突破教学难点。

导入 I.Lead-in. Make a survey. Teacher makes a survey about sports. T: Do you like sports What kind of sports do you like After making the survey, teacher leads to the key word ‘can’. T: Can you play football/basketball... Teacher can get different kinds of answers. At the same time, students can revise some more vocabularies.
知识讲解 (难点突破) II. Reading pictures. 1)Teacher gives them some comic pictures with some sentences that they are short of the vocabularies in the unit. And they can guess what it is and fill in the blanks with English or Chinese.Teacher gives them the comic pictures including all the nouns in the unit. According to the comic pictures, I make up a story. On the weekend, a musician is in the center of the city. He is playing the piano. On the piano, there is a monkey and a duck. The monkey is playing the drums and the duck is playing the violin. Two people are playing chess. In fact, the members(成员) of the music club are on show. 2)Next, teacher makes a poem with the verbs in the unit-------My Dream.(在每一个单词旁边分别展示一幅提示性的画面,引导学生正确表达。) Today, I want to tell you My Dream. Because I want to be a teller. I want to sing, because I want to be a singer. I want to dance, because I want to be a dancer. I want to draw, because I want to be a drawer. I want to write, because I want to be a writer. I want to speak, because I want to be a speaker. I want to swim, because I want to be a swimmer.
