一、教学目标:
1. 知识目标:
学生能够听、说、读、写词语:draw-drew, put-put, piece, paper.
熟悉句子 I drew a dragon on a piece of yellow paper. I painted it.
2. 能力目标:学生在课堂中动手能力和英语表达能力得到培养
3. 情感目标:学生通过课文的学习,了解更多的中国传统文化,激发爱国热情。

1. 重点:重点掌握四会单词。用英语描述Daming制作风筝的过程。
2. 难点:几个动词的过去式,了解词语sticks 和 strings 的意思。

Step1: warming-up
1. Greeting: T and Ss greet each other.
2. Chant: We walked and walked
We walked and walked. We talked and talked. We looked and looked. We laughed and laughed. We played and played. We danced and danced. We jumped and jumped. We hopped and hopped and hopped and hopped. And then we stopped.
设计意图:在此活动中同学们利用说唱配合做动作,既复习了部分动词的过去式,也活跃了课堂气氛,也为后面的教学打下了基础。

2. Presentation of the text:
T: Well children, I drew a dragon on a piece of paper. Daming drew a dragon, too. 教师展示带来的一些小木棍(sticks)和线绳(strings),复习相关单词。. Today Daming will teach us how to make a kite. Now, let’s watch the video and then finish the text.
A: Watch the video(看课文动画,判断对错)

学生小组内一人说白板上的词语make-made draw-drew paint-painted cut-cut put-put tie-tied can-could, 组内其余人次说出包含这个词语的相对应的句子。
Step4.Consolidation and Examination
1. Text retelling
T: Hey, guys. We’ve known Daming made a kite with these steps. Step one, drew a dragon…Step two, painted it….(只给学生看白板上的动词,唯一的线索,引导示范复述课文)
学生一组6人到教室前,各自抽取一张老师已打乱的单词卡片,迅速按照步骤顺序依次排列,从第一人依次开始陈述。(可根据实际情况,在复述开始前或复述完成后加入创意性的内容或表演)
2. Scene play情景剧表演
Ss work in groups of six. They design a kind of situation and then act out connected with the text.
学生自己设置真实生活中的场景,内容与所学课文有相关性就可以。(含物品的制作步骤)
