一、教学目标:

2.技能目标 : 运用句子This is .He’s /she’s .来进行会话练习。

难点: How to use the words and sentences to describe a person.
三、教法学法: 小组合作,游戏等方法。
四、教学过程
Step1:Warming-up
1. Greetings
2. Lead in.
T: Last class, Panpan introduces his friends to us. Do you remember Let’s have a look. Who’s this
S: This is Xiaoyong. He’s a clever pupil.
T: Who’s this
S: This is Ms Smart. She’s a nice teacher.
T: Great! Today our friend Panpan will introduce his family members to
us. So we will learn unit2 He’s cool.
【设计意图】师生自由交谈中,既复习了“This is . She’s/ He’s .”,还学习了新授词“cool”,为新授课做好准备。教师提出的话题也为新授课之后的任务操练做好铺垫。
Step2: Presentation
1. Let Ss open the book, listen to the tape and try to find Panpan’s family members.
S: aunt uncle big brother little sister friend.
学习little,然后领读所有家庭成员
2. Listen to the tape again and then answer the question
T:How does Panpan describe his family members
Panpan’s aunt is very ________.
Panpan’s uncle is very ________.
Panpan’s big brother is very ________.
Panpan’s little sister is very ________.
Panpan’s friend is very ________.
S: nice; clever; cool; cute; naughty.
新授单词cute, cool.
【设计意图】本环节主要是帮助学生理解对话大意,呈现重点知识。学生带着不同问题,两次听录音,问题难度不断递增,使学生对课文的理解逐渐加深。寻找答案的过程就是理解课文和呈现重点的过程。 Step3: Drills.
1. Listen point and repeat, try to imitate. (Listen to the tape and repeat)
2. Read the dialogue by themselves and circle the word “cool, cute”.
3. close books and describe the pictures on the blackboard.
【设计意图】充足的机械操练帮助学生熟悉文本,使新授语言材料更容易上口。找句子并读出来可以进一步帮助学生巩固对话,把握重点单词。练习挂图中所有图片,让学生更加熟练课文,为下面的拓展练习作准备。
Step 4: Game:pound golden eggs.

【设计意图】此游戏是在教师引导下的学生之间的互动,这种互动是点与面的互动。目的是操练重点知识This is .She’s/He’s .教师在此环节可以较好地把握生成,使学生获取更多的语言表达机会,培养学生的语用能力。这一游戏具有语言性、学习性、趣味性。
Step 5: Extension.
Talk about their family
T:Panpan can introduce his family, can you For example, My mother is very tall .My father is very clever…Now talk with your partner. Then the teacher asks some Ss to show.
【设计意图】前后呼应,创设情境,布置任务,在任务驱动之下,生生之间展开对话。既操练了This is .She’s/He’s .等重点句型,又提高了语用能力。
