1． 教材分析：
本课是新标准英语（一年级起点）四年级下册，第七模块第二单元。主要学习半点的表达和对时差理解，围绕时间展开，让学生学会谈论时间，谈论日常行动安排。教学内容与学生的实际生活紧密相连，易于学生交际和理解。通过对不同时间、日常行动的描述，进行语段输出，提高学生口语表达能力，促进师生情感交流。
2． 学情分析：
本节课的教学对象是小学四年级的学生。在知识掌握上，他们已有初步的英语基础，加之小学生活泼好动等特点，在教学中运用直观生动的教学方法，激发学生学习兴趣的同时，尽量多地创造让学生“说”的机会，充分发挥学生的主体地位；知识教授具有梯度，培养学生良好的语音语调，使学生获得成就感，增强自信心。
三．教学目标
【知识目标】1．能听懂并会说半点的表达。
2. 听懂会说breakfast/lunch/dinner/school time。
3. 理解会说并能区分am. pm。
【能力目标】1．能准确的表达出整点的时间和半点的时间。
2．能运用am. pm准确的表达上午下午。
3．能通过交流合作，完成描述周末时间安排的学习任务。
【情感目标】1. 能合理安排自己的时间，养成好习惯。
2. 能初步了解时差的概念，对不同的国家城市时间不同有了解。
四．教学重点
能准确地表达出上午或下午的整点时间及半点时间。
五．教学难点
能准确的表达出在具体的时间，具体做的事情，达成语段输出。。
六．教学资源：表盘时间的卡片，教学钟表，课件，周末时间活动安排表格。
