结束语和签名:电子邮件的结束语和签名与信件有所不同,一般是左对齐排列。但所用语句与书信相同。
主题(Subject) 框的内容应简明概括信的内容,短的可以是一个单词或短语,长的也可以是个句子,但长度不宜过长。
称呼:电子邮件中的称呼可不必特别正式。可像信函中那样,称“Dear …”,也可像口语中一样,直接称呼“Hi, …”。
