Hello, everyone. I’m Kate. My day starts at about 10 am with a run in the park. I run for about an hour. At 11 am, I listen to the latest news on the radio. Then I meet my teem and we prepare the programme.
My programme starts at 4 pm and finishes at 7:30 pm. Before I begin, I think about my listeners. I imagine that I am
talking to them in person. That makes my radio show feel personal. People seem to like that. In the first part of the show, I interview my guests. Then the newsreader comes in. that连接的宾语从句,用来陈述一件事或表达一种感情等,由陈述句转化而来。
常接that连接的宾语从句的情况:
* 主句谓语动词是think, believe, hope, tell, say, understand, report, wish, promise, see, expect, explain, feel, hear, imagine, prefer, warn等时;
* 主句为由“连系动词+表感情的形容词 (如
happy, glad, pleased, sad, sure, afraid 等)”
构成的“系表”结构时。
我希望今年冬天会下雪。
eg: I hope (that) it will snow this winter.
eg: I'm afraid (that) he can't come.
恐怕他不能来了。
有些宾语从句不能省略that:
谓语动词后跟有两个或更多个并列的宾语从句,第二个及以后的that都不可以省略。
He said (that) the book was very interesting
and that(不省略) all the children liked to read it.
I think it necessary that he should stay here.
2) 主语中有it作形式宾语,that不可省。
他说这本书非常有趣,所有的孩子都喜欢看。
我们认为他有必要留在这里。
if或whether连接的宾语从句,由一般疑问句转化而来,常放在 ask, see, know, wonder, find out等动词/词组后面。

首表示强调时
连接代词和连接副词引导的宾语从句是由特殊疑问句变化而来,要用陈述句语序。
