一、教学背景

教学内容 分析 【What】主题意义及内容 本模块以“卫生与健康”为话题,而本单元为该模块的第一单元,从大明和医生 的对话开始,为学生展示了一个真实的就医语境。按照大家熟知的就医程序,大明向 医生讲述了自己的感受和疾病持续的时间。医生为大明测了体温,询问了他的饮食情 况和日常锻炼的频率。通过大明对自己日常生活的描述,医生为他判断了病情并给出 了康复建议。 【Why】文章写作意图 对话介绍了各种疾病症状的表述方式和医患对话时常用的交际语,使得学生能够 在真实的语境中体会到目标语言的实用性,产生学习的兴趣和热情。另外,对话也为 第二单元的主题“健康生活离不开运动”作铺垫。 【How 】语言特征和文本结构 该文本为一个口头语篇,其功能是向学生展示医患对话时的常用交际语。从结构 上来看,文本按照一般的就医顺序可分为四部分: 大明向医生讲述自己的感受、疾病 持续的时间、疾病的原因和康复的建议。从语法上来看,文本多使用现在完成时来表 达过去的动作对现在产生的影响,即过去大明的一些不良生活习惯导致胃痛和头痛。
学情分析 从内容上看,学生较为熟悉各种疾病的英文表达,但较难表达出某种疾病产生的 原因以及给出具体的建议。从语法上来看,通过 M2 和 M3 的学习,学生基本掌握现 在完成时的结构,但对现在完成时的用法仍感到困难。 因此,在教学过程中,利用头脑风暴的环节让学生说出疾病的原因,引导学生给 出康复建议; 在文本出现现在完成时的表达时,向学生解释过去的行为如何影响到现 在的结果。
整 体 设 计 思 路 本节课的课堂任务为仿照课文编写医患对话。为了达成这一 目标,本课以 对疾病的描述、患病时长、患病原因和康复建议为总体框架,逐步教会学生如何在对 医患对话中谈论以上四个内容。在学生完成课堂任务后,引导学生从运动、饮食、休 闲三个方面思考如何拥有健康的身体。
教学目标 语言能力: 1. 能运用四会单词 cough,fever,headache,stomach,ache, stomachache,toothache,ill,this,since,cold, catch a cold,take sb's temperature, fast food,health,take; 2. 能够听懂和谈论疾病、症状和治疗方法的日常对话,获取基本信息。 学习能力: 1. 能够仿照课文内容编写医患对话; 2. 能够与同学合作完成医患间的角色扮演,锻炼合作能力。 思维品质: 能够思考常见疾病的原因以及给出康复建议。 文化意识: 能够意识到生活习惯不同的人群有不同的生活健康观念。
教学重点 感知由 since 和for 引导的现在完成时的用法; 能够听懂和谈论疾病、症状和康复建 议的日常对话。
