教学背景分析
教材分析 本课是一节综合实践课。即外研社新标准小学英语（一年级起点）四年级下册Project内容和地方课程《民族常识》的有机融合。学生们在三年级上册和四年级下册分别对一般将来时进行了系统学习，本课是在此基础上对一般将来时的综合运用，以Little Six要到中国过暑假为线索，学生通过对民族常识的资料搜集和整理，向Little Six做一份最佳的行程攻略。学情分析 本课执教对象是四年级学生。我校四年级学生整体英语学习基础一般，学困生和学优生都较多，水平较为不均衡。四年级学生能够理解并运用I’m going to…/ I’ll….来描述自己和他人将要做的事情，本课将通过where、why、what和how等多方面对未来计划的介绍，提高学生综合运用语言的能力。
教学目标
1. 通过听唱歌曲，回忆巩固will和be going to表示将来时的相关语句。2. 通过听微信内容，找出四个新朋友的暑期计划，提炼总结出谈论将来计划的四个方面：when/ where/ why / what / how。3. 通过两组视频介绍，与地方课程《民族常识》有机融合，了解中国是多民族国家。4. 通过课前资料的搜集与整理，运用“He’ll… / He’s going to …”组内讨论，向Little Six推荐有特色的民族和城市。并且能够运用本册教材M8U1“I’ll…”自主申报制作海报的分工内容。5. 通过小组讨论和微视频，运用will/be going to多方面向Little six介绍中国主要民族及其特点。6. 通过祖国母亲的视频短片，提升学生的民族自豪感。
教学重难点分析
教学重点能运用“You’re going to… / You’ll…”介绍我们伟大祖国的地域民族特点，为Little Six中国之行提供建议。教学难点 能够准确地进行人称互换，并能多方面地介绍未来的计划内容。
