知识讲解 （难点突破） I. 过去进行时态构成，用法，过去进行时常用的时间状语： 过去进行时由“was / were +动词-ing”构成， 表示在过去某一时刻或某一段时间正在进行的动作。 某一时刻的时间状语：at that time / moment，at this time yesterday，at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon….. 某一段时间的时间状语:this morning, the whole morning, from 10 :00 to 12:00 yesterday morning, all day, all night, in those days … II.句式结构:肯定句,否定句和疑问句。 III. When /While引导的时间状语从句用于过去进行时。 （when后动词可长亦可短，while后动词只可长） 1.主句过去进行时,从句一般过去时。 2.主句一般过去时,从句过去进行时。 3.While连接两个同时进行的动作。 IV.通过上下文暗示判断用过去进行时。 V.过去进行时态与一般过去时的区别： 过去进行时强调动作在过去“正在进行”； 一般过去时则强调动作“发生”在过去，或状态在过去“存在”。
