1.when和what time都可以用来询问时间，二者在使用时要注意以下几点:
◆询问做某事的具体时刻(钟点)时，两者可以互换使用。
◆询问钟表上表示的具体时间时，只能用what time，不能用when
◆询问事情发生的年份、月份、日期以及上午、下午或晚上等非钟点性时间时，只能用when
