neither 用作副词，作“也不”解释，放在句首，表示前面否定的内容也适用于另一个人或物，句子须采用部分倒装，常用于倒装句,结构“neither + 系动词 / 助动词 / 情态动词+主语”。
— The kitchen is dirty. — Neither is the bedroom.
---My grandfather can't stand the rock music.
---Neither can I=Me neither
注意： 当主语时第一人称I时可用me neither代替.
neither 用作代词，表示“两者都不，双方不”。
---Which is in Guangxi,the Great Wall,Huangguoshu waterfall
--- Neither.Neither of them is in Guangxi.
注意：注意：neither of “两者都不”，作主语时，谓语动词可单数可复数,both of “两者都”,做主语时，谓语用复数
neither 用作形容词，“两者都不的”， 后接单数可数名词做主语时，谓语动词用单数。
eg: Neither answer is right.
