(1)How's the weather in Shanghai
“How's the weather?”是用来询问天气状况的常用句型,相当于“What's the weather like?”在这两句句末可加上“介词+地点/时间”等来询问某地或某时的天气情况。回答常用“It's+描述天气的形容词”。例:—How's the weather in Beijing?北京的天气如何?—It's sunny.天气晴朗。
(2)How's it going
此句是询问对方近况或事情发展情况的习惯用语,相当于汉语中的“最近怎么样?” 后面可跟介词短语with sb./sth.。 例:How's it going with Jim's study?吉姆的学习情况怎么样?【拓展】“How's it going?”可与“How is everything?”互换。类似的寒暄用语还有:How are you?/How are you getting on
(3)Sounds like you're having a good time.
本句是一个省略句,相当于“It sounds like...”。Sound like意为“听起来像”,后接名词、代词或句子。例:It sounds like a good idea.这听起来像是个好主意。Sounds like he can't come today.听上去他今天不能来了。
(4)Could you just tell him to call me back
该句的句式是:Could you...?它用于表示委婉地提出请求,意为“你能……吗?”例:Could you give me some money?你能给我一些钱吗?
