【概 述】
本课是PEP教材四年级下册Unit 4 At the farm 本单元共6课时，本课是第5课时，
【设计理念】
以言语交际为中心，借助现代信息技术，努力为学生创设理想的英语学习环境,渗透任务型教学,能让学生把所学的内容联系实际，在生活中运用。
【教学目标】
1.能理解Let’s talk对话大意，并以正确的语音语调朗读对话。
2.能够在情景中运用句型What are those They’re horses. 问答是否是某动物；能够运用句型Are they hens Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t. 确认是否为某动物。
3.能够完成Let’s play的活动，同伴模拟某动物的声音或动作形态，其他人运用句型What are those Are they horses Yes, they are. 等问答形式讨论确定模拟的是哪种动物。
【教学重点和难点】
教学重点：能够在情景中运用句型What are those They’re horses. 问答是否是某动物；能够运用句型Are they hens Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t. 确认是否为某动物。

【教学过程】

【教学反思】
本节课以口语交际为主要内容，教师以前一课时所学语音为突破口，引出单词horse.然后利用课件展示很多只马，引出重点句型What are those They’re…并借助已学动物大量操练句型；同时借助手势，肢体语言辅助学生区分these和those;最后借助鸡鸭的区别，引出句型Are they… Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.教学可谓层层递进，由简到难，符合学生的认知规律，也让课堂教学井然有序。
