一、目标确定的依据
1)课程标准相关要求
课程标准要求八年级学生
1.能听懂接近自然语速、熟悉话题的简单语段,识别主题,获取主要信息。
2.能在教师的帮助下或根据图片用简单的语言描述自己或他人的经历。
3.能在教师的指导下参与角色表演等活动。
4.能在口语活动中使用正确的语音、语调。
2)教材分析
本单元是新目标八年级下册第三单元Section A 部分。围绕“chores”开展教学活动,学习如何用情态动词could礼貌地提出请求,如何礼貌地请求允许自己做某事,并做出得体的回答。教学内容贴近学生生活,学生有一定学习兴趣。教学重点和难点是用could表示请求,在七年级下册的教材中已经设置了用情态动词can询问能力,学生已经掌握了“Can you… ”的句型,在此基础上,学习本节课的“Could you please… ”应该更容易理解。
3)学情分析
在知识储备方面,学生已经学过一些关于家具的单词,如 bed, rubbish, floor, dish, living room等,本单元是关于做家务的词组do the dishes, take out the rubbish, fold your clothes, sweep the floor, make your bed, cleaning the living room,与以前所学单词有一定的关联,学会用委婉的语气询问做家务的句型是本节课的难点,我将利用多媒体教学呈现重点句型Could you please.. 让学生进行反复的操练,利用听力练习对学生所掌握的情况进行检测。
二、学习目标
1. 结合图片和师生互动,4/5的学生能准确、熟练地识记有关家务的词汇。
2. 通过听力练习,4/5的学生能准确获取有关家务活动的关键信息。
3. 通过角色表演,2/3的学生能用could委婉地请求他人做事并进行至少3个话轮的交流。
三、设计思路
本节课的教学内容是人教版新目标八年级下册Unit 3 Could you please clean your room SectionA1a-2c,是一节围绕做家务来委婉的询问和请求的听说课。在授课过程中采用的是“Warming up -- leading in—new word presentation—language presentation—listening practice—oral practice—summing up”的听说课模式。本节课的设计依据了“教-学-评 一体化”的教学理念,针对每个目标设计不同的评价任务,逐步提升学生的评价素养,实现评价对课堂的驱动作用。
四、评价任务
针对目标一,设置Assessment1:
1.根据图片说出做家务的名称。
2.听录音,在做家务的人物后打钩。
针对目标二,设置Assessment2:
1.听2a,check yes or no.
2.讲不能做家务和其原因连线。
针对目标三,设置Assessment3:
小组合作,分角色表演对话。
五、教学过程
Step1 Warming up and leading-in
Greet the class. Make a free talk about doing the chores at home.
Do you do chores at home What kind of chores do you do at home Discuss them with your partner.
【设计意图】通过自由讨论在家所做的家务,可以活跃学生的气氛,使更多的学生开口说英语,从而自然进入本节课话题。
Step2 New words learning
1.Show some pictures about doing chores and learn the new words together.
2.Listen to 1b and check who will do the chores. Then check the answer.
3.Play a guessing game. Check if students remember the words about chores.

Step3 language presentation
Show some sentences on the screen and guide students to learn the patterns.
A: Could you please sweep the floor
B: Yes, sure. Can you__________
A:Could you please do them I’m going to __________.
B: No problem.
Then ask students to practice the patterns in pairs.
【设计意图】围绕目标三,呈现用could you please…?来委婉表示请求及答语。用同伴对话的形式进行句型操练。
Step4 Listening
1.Listen (2a).Peter asks his father if he can do four things. What does his father say Check yes or no.
2. Listen again. Guide the students draw lines to the reasons in the chart in 2a.(Assessment2)
【设计意图】围绕目标二,通过听力练习,检测学生是否能听懂有关家务这个话题的对话,能否正确的获取信息。
Step 5 Role-play the conversation
Ask students to talk about doing chores in a group of four students. Make a conversation and role-play it in groups. ( Assessment3)
【设计意图】围绕目标三,学生小组合作,根据语境编写对话并进行角色表演,使其学会在语境中运用语言,增强英语学习的生活化和实用性。
