It’s…和单词来描述动物的外形特征。能听懂Let’s do中的指示语。二、能力目标：1. 能够运用本节课学习的形容词fat, thin, short, tall来描述动物外形特征。2. 能在图片及实物或情景的提示下运用所学词汇及句型It’s...来对动物或人进行外表特征描述。能按Let’s do中的指令做出相应动作。三、情感目标：1. 培养学生的观察力，并且能在一定的语境中运用所学语言进行交际的能力。2. 教育学生动物是我们人类的好朋友，要珍惜爱护动物; 养成不乱投喂动物、保护环境的文明行为习惯。
教材分析 重点 能听说、认读单词：fat, thin, short, tall。能结合句型Look at that…. It’s…和单词来描述动物的外形特征。
难点 能结合句型Look at that…. It’s…以及He’s…及She’s…并运用单词来描述动物或人物的外形特征。thin中的th的发音，short中的sh的发音。

教学过程 Step 1: Warm-up 1. Greeting.T: Boys and girls. How are you Ss: I am fine, thank you. 2.Watch a video about pandas. 【设计意图】学生首先通过观看动物的趣味视频，激发学生热爱动物的热情，同时为本节课的教学作铺垫。Step 2: PresentationListen and answer.T: Boys and girls, from the video, what animals can you see Ss: Pandas! T: Look! It’s a panda. Is it cute Is it fat (过渡：展示一张熊猫的图片, 提出问题引导学生积极思考，并为新授单词作铺垫）Ss: Yes, it is.T: Look at that monkey. Unit 3 At the zoo A Let’s learn教学反思
我所教授的是PEP小学英语三年级上册Unit3 At the zoo A Let’s learn，教学目标：1.能听说、认读单词：fat, thin, short, tall。2.能结合句型Look at that…. It’s…和单词来描述动物的外形特征。3.thin中的th的发音，short中的sh的发音。
1、在复习环节，采用全班齐读的所学的知识点
2、在新课呈现环节，利用video来引入，学生很容易就理解了单词含义；新授单词时采用多样的“游戏教读”、“自然拼读”、“书空方式”,在根据单词书写的高、矮、胖、瘦让学生一眼就能看出词义，便于记忆，通过做动作：变胖、变瘦、变高、变矮来记忆单词，激发了学生的学习兴趣。在教授难点：th时采用微课模式，简单便捷的教授孩子th的发音模式。
3、在趣味操练环节，采用游戏教法：Lucky kid和Catch me。兴趣永远是最好的老师，通过各种游戏，营造出一种自然、愉悦的氛围，让学生感受到学习英语的乐趣。
4、最后情感教育采用的是配上图片和文字并插入背景音乐告诉孩子们：我们应该要保护动物
对于本次公开课的自我评价：
1、热身环节未很好的利用
2、生生之间未有互动模式或是互动不到位
3.时间把控较差，前紧后松
4.板书不够工整，应提升教师的基本功
5.无法面向全体学生，由于班级学生人数比较多，课堂中没有照顾到所有学生都能参与到活动中来。而且大部分活动是由成绩相对好一些的学生来完成，照顾不到差生，主要是怕差生无法完成活动造成拖堂。当然，在平常的课堂中，我还是尽量让全体学生积极参与到活动中来，鼓励他们积极主动地参与到其中。
科组教师对我的评价：
闪光点
1、教学过程完整，重难点突出，教师有个人风格、有自己的课堂驾驭能力。
2、采用多样的教学方法：游戏教学、TPR教学、自然拼读、微课教学。
3、课堂环节循序渐进，环环相扣
4、教师表扬方式多样
建议：
1、上课节奏较快、前紧后送，时间分配不均与。建议可以新授单词时延长教授单词的时间或是尝试背诵
2、可以先练习后情感升华
3、练习题字体较小，练习题可以打印出来或插入PPT
4、歌曲学生可以跟唱方便活跃课前气氛
5、建议语速放慢，应多使用英语课堂用语。
6、应关注个别学生的学习情况
7、标题可以板书A Let’s learn&Let’s do
8、游戏Lucky kid出现了错误：small
9、学生发音问题未及时指导
