Simple present tense
一般现在时
She often watches TV after dinner.
She usually shops on weekends.
现在经常反复发生的动作、存在的状态或习惯性动作。
The Present Continuous Tense现在进行时

表示现在（说话瞬间）正在进行或发生的动作。
也可表示当前一段时间内的活动或现阶段正在进行的活动。

一般现在时态表示经常性、习惯性的动作；谓语动词为原形或第三人称单数形式；时间状语常为usually, often, sometimes, on Monday, every day。
