All primary and secondary school students in China will be banned (禁止) from bringing mobile phones to school, the Ministry of Education announced(宣布)in early February.
No mobile phones will be allowed in classrooms, the notice said. Schools should not ask students to do homework on the phones and they should set up teacher hot lines and public phones for communication between parents and students, it added.
The new action that is taken to protect students' eyesight (视力) makes sure they pay all their attention to study. It can also stop them from becoming lost in the Internet and online games.
Zhang Ting, the mother of a fourth grader in Beijing, said she strongly supported the ban. “For primary school students, the knowledge found in books is enough. Nowadays, information is being carried on the Internet, but the content(内容)remains the same,” Zhang said. “Information online is not better than knowledge learned from books. ”
The wrong use of mobile phones can bring a lot of health problems. It's already common practice(惯例) worldwide to limit(限制)students' use of mobile phones in primary and secondary schools.

Every school has rules for students to follow. However, some students may see the rules as a way in which teachers control them. Sometimes, they're unhappy and even feel angry. Well, if you think your life is hard, you might think about the students in ancient times. For some of them, life was really hard.
A strict teacher was a good teacher. In the old days, people believed that teachers had to be very strict and had the right to punish the students. Parents didn't mind if teachers punished their children when their children didn't do what they were told to do. Often, the stricter a teacher was, the more parents thought he or she was a good teacher.
In fact, following school rules can be very important. For example, running in the hallways could cause a student to fall down. It may hurt himself or another person. Following the rules can also help the students in the classroom to learn without difficulties. In class, a teacher may ask students to raise their hands before they speak. If someone speaks out of turn, other students might not be able to hear the teacher clearly.
School rules can help students prepare for their own futures as well. When they grow up and go out on their own, they'll soon find that they still need to follow rules.
Rules make the world much better. If there are no rules, life will be meaningless and in disorder.
根据短文内容,补全下面的语段,每空一词。

Should teenagers be allowed to have jobs
Of course, in some family situations, having their teens work may be good. These families usually can't afford to (担负得起) buy what their children like. If the teenagers want to buy something expensive, they'll have to go out to work.
But some families are doing all right and don't need their teens to have a job to get by. What about them
Some parents want their teens to work so that they can learn the responsibility (责任) and stay out of troubles after school. Getting their first job also helps teach teens the value (价值观) of money and how hard it is to make money. In fact, having a job is good for teens in some ways.
Not all teens, however, need more money by getting a job. If a teen wants to take part in after school activities such as sports or games, having a job could get in the way of that. Teens only get one chance to be teens and being on school sports teams might be the only chance in their lifetime. After high school and college are over, it'll be very difficult to find such a chance. So parents should think twice before allowing their children to get jobs.
Of course some teens really want to work and that is fine. Everyone is different. If teens want to work to make more money, then they should be allowed to do it. As teens, they should be allowed to learn about social life.
41. In what family situations may having teens work be good
