钟点表达法∶
（1）整点可用o'clock 表达 six o'clock 六点整 eight o'clock 八点整
（2）非整点的时间表达可用顺读法，即按左到右的顺序，依次先说小时数，再说分钟数。

分钟数超过30 （60-分钟数）+to十(钟点数+1） 6:50 ten to seven

usually 频度副词，表示动作频率的副词，放在实义动词前，
be 动词、情态动词或助动词后。
例
I usually go to school at seven.（实义动词前）
I am usually happy. （be 动词后）
He can usually do his homework on time（准时）. （情态动词后）
They don’t usually watch TV on Monday. （助动词后）
频度副词：always 总是 > usually 通常 > often 经常 > sometimes 有时

①四季、某年、月份前介词用 in，中间不加任何冠词。in Spring in 2022 in March
②in还可以表示在"某段时间内"，例∶在早晨in the morning
在下午in the afternoon 在晚上in the evening

①在星期几前介词用 on，中间不加任何冠词。on Sunday
②在星期几的上午/下午/晚上用∶ on＋ 星期几 ＋上午/下午/晚上
例∶ on Saturday morning 在星期六早上
at
①在"几点"前介词用 at，例∶ at seven thirty
②固定搭配∶ at night 在夜里 at weekends 在周末

When 询问什么时间做什么，回答一般用 at; 此时when和what time可互换
例∶一你早上什么时候吃早饭 When/What time do you have breakfast in the morning
—我在八点半吃早饭。 I have breakfast at eight thirty.
注：回答必须用 at+时间，不能用It's+时间

回答统一用∶ It's＋ 几点
