本节课是人教版英语七年级下册第五单元《Why do you like pandas 》中的Section B阅读部分。通过之前的学习，学生掌握了单词和词组，对本单元的句型也了解了，所以为本节阅读课奠定了坚实的基础。首先本猜动物，激发同学们的学习积极性，然后对重点句型讲解，帮助学生掌握考点，最后通过练习得到巩固提升。
学情分析
本节课主要呼吁学生保护动物，这个话题很容易激发他们的兴趣，所以整体看来比较简单。但是七年级的学生，年龄相对来说较小，表达能力稍弱，需要老师积极引导。
教学目标
1.知识目标：掌握save、forget、place、danger、kill等单词以及get lost、cut down和be in danger等词组。2.能力目标：能够完成对应练习。3.情感目标：通过本节课的学习培养学生的动物保护意识.
