英国人谈话时，通常会以天气为话题展开对话。那么如何询问和回答天气情况呢？下面我们来详细学习一下。
询问天气情况时，可用句型“How＋is＋the weather (＋时间或地点状语)？”也可用“What＋is＋the weather＋like (＋时间或地点状语)？”回答天气情况时，可用“It's＋描述天气的形容词或动词 ing形式”。
eg：—How is the weather today
(＝What is the weather like today？)
今天天气怎么样？
—It's sunny/ windy/ cloudy.
晴天/有风/多云。
—How is the weather in Beijing
(＝What is the weather like in Beijing？)
北京的天气如何？
—It's raining.正在下雨。
一般现在时与现在进行时的区别
一般现在时：表示经常性、习惯性的动作或状态。主谓宾结构的谓语动词有两种形式：当主语为第三人称单数时，谓语动词用第三人称单数形式；当主语为除第三人称单数之外的其他词时，谓语动词用原形。
eg：He lives in Beijing.他住在北京。
现在进行时：表示说话瞬间正在进行或发生的动作或存在的状态，谓语动词用be动词(am，is，are)＋动词 ing形式。
eg：He is staying in Beijing now.他现在待在北京。
