本课的授课对象为五年级学生，学生对英语学习兴趣较高，课上喜欢小组合作的模式。对于询问物体、建筑所在地，学生已经学过并不陌生。本课为第二单元第三课的第二课时，学生已经对本课新单词进行了学习。在此基础上学生小组交流著名建筑物、景点所在地等信息，学生兴趣会很高。
