存在，意思是“某地/某时有某物/某人 ”
2、肯定句句型结构

There be（is/are）＋某物/某人＋某地/某时。
There are two pens in the pencil case.
铅笔盒里有两支钢笔。
3.There be 句型中is, are的选择
is，are的选择取决于“某物/某人”的单复数。
即单数可数名词或不可数名词时用is,复数可数名词时用are.

4.否定句句型结构： 　　
A. There be（is/are）＋not＋某物/某人＋某地/某时。
注意：原句中如有some一词，也应改为any.

There are some desks in the room．
房间里有些课桌。
-----There aren’t any desks in the room．

5.一般疑问句句型结构：
Be（Is/Are）there＋某物/某人＋某地/某时？
There are some birds in the picture.
图画中有些鸟。

对疑问句的回答：
如果是肯定的， 答:Yes, there is.
或:Yes, there are．
如果是否定的， 答: No, there isn’t.
或: No, there aren't．
6.There be 句型的特殊疑问句主要有how many
how much做引导词两种情况：
How many 提问可数名词的数量
There are 48 students in my class.

7.There be 句型与have的区别
There be句型表示 “存在有”, have\has表示 “拥有”、 “所有”, 两者不能同时使用。例如:
桌子上有一架模型飞机。
