The campaign to restore the balance of nature and social develepment has to undergo dozens of years’ tolerance.

4. seize
If you seize something, you take hold of it quickly, firmly, and forcefully.

If a government or other authority seizes someone's property, they take it from them, often by force.

5. restrict
If you restrict something, you put a limit on it in order to reduce it or prevent it becoming too great.

[例句] Villagers say the fence would restrict public access to the hills.
