1.I have been to the art museum many times.
have/has been to +地点名词“去过某地（现在已经回来了）”常与ever,never,just,次数等词连用。

2.Me neither. 我也没去过。
neither用作副词, 意为“也不”, 常用于句首,
如Me neither.(=Neither have I)
Neither＋助动词/系动词/情态动词＋主语。
表示前面否定的内容也适合于另一个人或物，上一句为否定句。
若上一句为肯定句用Me,too.(=So have I)“我也去过”
相当于So＋助动词/系动词/情态动词＋主语
