一.教学目标
To understand conversations about going shopping.
To master the key words and phrases in this unit.
To master the way of asking for size, color and price when shopping.
To learn to love their parents.
二.学情分析
The students learned how to use wh-questions in present simple tense, but they can’t use it freely. The students are interested in going shopping, so they are familiar with this topic, but sometimes they can’t express their ideas clearly because they know little about words and sentence structures about shopping.
三.重点难点
Key vocabulary: Mother’s Day, size, take, may, try, try on, certainly, wait a minute, sale, price , look, fresh.

四. 教学过程
Step 1. warming-up
1. Watch a video clip from the famous cartoon Peppa Pig.
Ask and answer three questions about the video.
T: What are they doing
How many things are there on the shopping list
What did Peppa find first
Check the answers.
2. Ask some questions.
T: Do you like shopping
Where do you usually go shopping
3. Play a guessing game.
(设计目的:播放粉红猪小妹视频激发学生兴趣,激活购物场景,让学生进入主题。通过猜测游戏复习旧知,激活学生有关购物的词汇储备,利用白板的透镜功能激发学生的求知欲。)
