准确运用句型We must/mustn’t谈论交通安全。

Step 1 Lead-in
1. Greetings: Hobbies.
T:I like drawing. Let me draw a picture for you.【简笔画】
T: These are about “Road safety”.
导题:Unit 4 Road safety【板书】
2. Learning aims
T: Here are the learning aims. Let’s read together.
T: Before our lesson, choose your group first.【设定分组】

【设计意图:由道路简笔画来复习U4词汇,由此引出课题。】
Step 2 Presentation
1. Judge and say
Look at the pictures,if the action is right,say“Yeah yeah yeah~”;If it is wrong,say“No no no~”. Don’t forget to add the action.(手势)
T: How can we cross the road safely? Look at the following pictures and make some phrases according to Story time.
2. Look and say
T: Good job! Let’s read three rules together.【板书】

4. Read and circle
T: Boys and girls, what are these words Modal verbs

出示tip:情态动词+动词原形 【板书】

T: Try to discuss the differences between must and can. Work in groups.
出示Tip:“must”表示说话人“不许”和“禁止”某人做某事,有很强的劝告语气;“can”表示有能力或有权利做某事。
【设计意图:must和can在使用中有相同之处。例如后面都跟动词原形,但是在意思上还是有区别的。教师用简洁明了的句子帮助学生区分,避免混淆。】

T: When we talk about some classroom rules, we can also use “must” or “must not”.
