主句谓语动词需用延续性动词,如 live, wait, work, stay, like等
他经常在田里干活到天黑。
表示主句的动作在从句的动作发生之前尚未发生,或者说主句的动作在从句的动作发生之后才开始。 “直到……才”。
直到雨停了,我们才回家。
