An important event that I remember well was Jiuzhaigou Earthquake. It happened on August 8th, 2017. During the earthquake many people were hurt and some people lost their lives.
When I heard the news of the earthquake, I was watching TV in the living room. My dad and mom were at home, too. Dad was reading books while Mom was making dumplings. I remember this event well because my good friend Daming and his family were taking vacations in Jiuzhaigou. I was worried about them. I kept calling him. When I heard that they were alive and safe, I was very excited.
An Unforgettable Experience
There are many unforgettable experiences in my life. But the one happened in 2018 was the most touching one.
On October 1st, 2018, I planned to take the bus to the train station. When I was waiting for the bus, it began to rain. Unluckily, I forgot to take my umbrella. I stood in the rain, with the rain beating heavily against my body. Just at that time, a car stopped and the driver offered to take me to the train station. I was so moved. When we arrive at the station, I got off and said thank you to him. He smiled and drove off, leaving me alone with warmth in my heart.
I’ll never forget this experience and will always be ready to help others like that driver.
On a cold morming,while I was buying some food for my breakfast. I saw a girl standing in front of me buying some bread and milk. When the girl was about to leave, she found an old beggar under the tree.
He looked cold and hungry. The girl came up to the beggar without thinking twice and gave the food to him.The beggar said thanks to the girl. But the girl said nothing and went away with a smile on her face.
I was moved by what the girl did. I think it was the warmest thing on that cold morning.
