　　It is easy and fast to make fast food, but it isn't healthy for us. McDonald's says they want to change that. They want to make their food healthy as well as delicious.
Now the company wants kids to help make kids' meals. They call the meals “Happy Meals”.
Sarah Ralston, an eleven-year-old girl and Elanya Saley, a nine-year-old girl, work for the company. Their job is to help the famous cook, Coudreaut, make healthy new Happy Meals.
At the company, the two girls start by experimenting(尝试) with pocket foods. They make turnovers(馅饼) with broccoli(西兰花) and cheese, empanadas(肉馅卷饼) with chicken and vegetables and dumplings with meat and cabbages.
Sarah and Elanya start with pocket foods because it is easy to put vegetables in them.
Coudreaut, the cook, says it's important to put vegetables in Happy Meals. But there are 14,000 restaurants. 让食物与众不同不容易。So they must be careful.
Still, Coudreaut hopes to make more food different and healthy. “We are going to put apples into Happy Meals,” he said.
