Come and join the best local blues and folk guitarists in town as they will teach you their best playing techniques!
Joey Blu will teach you the same song he played with the Blues King at the World Blues Festival. Lisa Holmes will show dulcimer(扬琴), mandolin(曼陀林), guitar, and violin techniques and share some of her amazing tips.
Four sessions(演奏会)will be held this year at the Blues and Folk Workshop. Class size is limited so we encourage you to preregister early for classes that match your interests. There will be a one hour lunch break, which includes a jam session(即兴演奏会)and you will be able to talk to Lisa and Joey personally. Lunch is not provided. You may bring your lunch and enjoy it in our picnic area or you may buy food from our snack bar. No food or drink will be allowed in the workshop rooms.

A primary school headmaster became the latest star on the Internet for dancing with his students.
Zhang Pengfei works in Xiguan Primary School in Linyi, Shanxi Province. Every morning, he leads 700 pupils to do the “ghost shuffle” routine on the playground. They dance for 30 minutes every day. They like dancing more than doing the old exercise routine, so they don't do the old one now.
“I thought we needed a change because the students lost interest in doing the old exercise routine though it was useful for pupils，” Zhang told the reporter. After all, they started to do the old exercise routine in 1951.

Ray Charles，a black singer and pianist of the USA, had won 12 Grammy Awards(格莱美奖) and performed at 10，000 concerts around the world. Many musicians called him simply “the Genius(天才)”.
Ray Charles was born into a poor family，without a father. When he was 5 years old，his younger brother died，and around the same time，Charles started to lose his sight. By the age of 7 he was completely blind. He had already been learning the piano for a year，and when he went blind，his mother knew this would be the only way he would make any money in the future. I like to listen to music in my spare time. Among all kinds of music, I like pop music best because it is always exciting and helps me relax. When I listen to pop music, I can't help singing along.
