Unit11. How was your school trip
本单元学习一般过去时的用法,谈论以前发生的事情。
be 的过去式有was和 were 。单数用was 复数用were
其他行为动词的过去式的构成有规则变化和不规则变化。以下是规则变化的过去式的构成。
1.一般情况下在动词原形后面直接加ed。如: work ---> worked .watch--->watched
2.与辅音字母+ y结尾的先把改y为i再+ed。如: carry ---> carried..study --->studied
3.与e结尾的直接+d。如: like ---->liked .arrive---->arrived
4.与重读闭音节结尾的,后面只有一个辅音字母的,先双写这个辅音字母,再+ed。
如: stop----> stopped
