1.一般情况下直接在动词后加ing

3. 以重读闭音节结尾，且末尾只有一个辅音字母的动词，双写这个辅音字母，再加ing

四、一般现在时与现在进行时的区别
一般现在时态表示经常性、习惯性的动作；时间状语常为：usually, often, sometimes, on Mondays, on weekends,every day等。
例如：I speak English every day.
现在进行时态表示现在正进行或发生的动作；时间状语常为：now, right now或表示现在情景的look, listen等。
例如： I’m speaking English now.
