Unit 5 Seasons(Story time)
教学目标
1.能听懂、会说、会读、会写season, spring, warm, summer, hot, autumn, cool, winter, cold。
2.能听懂、会说、会读、会写 In spring, it is warm. We go boating。
3.能在老师的指导下有感情地朗读本首诗歌。
4.能表达四季的气候特征及人们相应的活动。
教学重点

Step 1. Warm up
1. Greeting.
2. Watch a short Disney cartoon, then answer: What’s the cartoon about
Ss: Seasons.
T: Yes . It’s about seasons. (学习 season并揭示课题)
Step2. Presentation.
1. T：How many seasons are there in a year
S: Four.
T: Yes, there’re four. What are they (PPT呈现)
教学四个季节单词：spring，summer，autumn，winter
2. Story time
(1) T: We know it is spring now. And in spring , it is warm. （学习warm）
(2) T: But what’s the weather like in other season Let’s watch the carton and find the answers.
In spring , it is warm.
In summer, it is ______.
In autumn, it is _______.
In winter, it is _______.
依次学习单词hot, cool, cold.并板书
(3) Practice the sentence: In_________, it is _________.
同桌互相练习并评价。
(4) Game: 看图片，快速说出天气或季节单词
3. Learn about the seasons.
(1) T: Spring is warm. Spring is beautiful. The trees turn green and the flowers bloom. What do we do in spring (同时欣赏配乐图片后回答)
教学：We fly kites. We go boating.
Listen and repeat:跟读春季篇
(2)T: What do we do in other seasons 自读课文，找出关键词，完成作业纸
学生自读课文并完成填空。
T：Let’s check the answers. What do we do in summer
S1: We eat ice creams. We go swimming.(教学eat ice creams，go swimming)
(3) 同法教学have picnics, go climbing, make snowmen, go skating.
( 学习snowmen时讲解它的单数形式)
4.Read Story time
(1) Listen and repeat.跟读课文What do you think of the poem Yes, the poem is beautiful. So we should read it beautifully. Now let’s read it after the tape.
(2)T: Now it’s your reading time. Read the poem by yourselves. I’ll give you two minutes to read the poem in a group of four. Let’s complete : which group reads best
小组展示朗读，并给出评价。
(3) Read the text together
Step3.Consolidation.
1. Retell the story.
Four in a group, each of you choose one season to retell.
2.T: All of the seasons are very pretty. But I like summer best. Because It is hot. I eat a lot of fruit. I wear nice skirts. I have a summer vacation. How about you Which season do you like best Write it down and try to share with us.

3.Share a poem.
