Step1 从右向左将大数字的整数位每三位一组用逗号隔开；
How to read large numbers
Step2 从左向右依次读数，逗号分别读作billion, million,thousand；
Step3 小数点读作point，小数点后面依次按数字读出。
注意： 每组数字的百位和十位之间加and，若十位为零，直接在百位和个位之间加and；若百位和十位为零，直接在个位之前加and, 以此类推，总之and 放在最后一个数位之前。
