教学目标
1、要求能听懂、会说、认读并规范书写单词:
China, from, her, live, please;
能听懂、会说、认读单词:
famous, the U.S.,Australia, France, Britain, India, Ottawa, London, Washington D.C.,并能结合句型灵活运用。
2、能听懂、会说、认读句型
“Where are you from ”
“I’m from...”
“Where’s he\she from ”
“He’s\She’s from...”
“Where do you live ”
“I live in...”
3、学会运用所学句型询问对方的国籍及居住地,并能简单描述居住地情况。

T: Where are you from
S1: I’m from China.
T: This is a world map. Can you find China 教师出示世界地图,让学生找出中国的位置。
T: China is our national country. And this is the flag of China.教师出示 China 单词卡学习,并呈现中国国旗。
2. Words learning

T: There are many countries in the world. How many countries do you know
学生自由回答所认识的国家,教师根据学生回答依次学习国家单词及不同国家特色。
Britain(It’s famous for the London eye.)Australia(It’s famous for the Sydney Opera.)the U.S.(We can call it America.)India(It’s a magic country. We can ride bike in China. (2) 教师从地图上找出所学国家,学生大声读出来:I’m from...
(3) 以国家分组,每个小组代表一个国家,课堂表现出色,奖励本国一面国旗,最后国旗最多者获胜,可以得到神秘大奖。各小组长介绍本组:I’m from... I live in...
3.创设情境。教师呈现晶晶这个人物并介绍:
This is Jingjing. He’s my friend. Where is he from
Ss: He’s from China.
T:He lives in Beijing. Today, Jingjing is very happy. Because, his friends are coming to visit him by plane.
T:Now,let’s go and have a look.4.Sentences learning
教师设计三个问题,引领学生通过完成六个任务学习和应用本课重点句型。
(1)Who are they

(3)Where do they live
5.T:You can finish the tasks as following.
Task1 I know 教师依次呈现四个动物并介绍,提出问题“Who are they ”。
T: Look! They are coming. This is Mr eagle. He’s from the U.S. This is Mrs kangaroo. She has a big bag. Her baby is in her bag. She can jump very long and high. This is Mr Polar bear. What is he doing
Ss: He’s skating.
T:The last one is Mrs elephant. She’s a woman.
T: They are Jingjing’s friends.
Task2 I can match教师带领学生再次熟悉四个动物并提出第二个问题“Where are they from ”
(1)教师先让学生根据提示猜一猜,然后呈现答案。
T: Where is Mrs elephant from
Ss: She’s from India.
T:Where is Mrs kangaroo from
Ss: She’s from Australia.
T:Where is Mr eagle from
Ss: He’s from the U.S.or America.
(2)教师带领学生复习 She’s from...和 He’s from...句型。(3)让学生将单词与相应的图片匹配起来。
Task3 I can talk 学生两人一组,用 Where is he\she from He’s\She’s from...做对话练习,并展示对话。
Task4 I can answer.教师拓展一般疑问句的用法,并让学生练习应用。
Is he\she from...?Yes, he\she is.或 No, he\she isn’t.
Task5 Let’s sing 教师呈现自编说唱练习。

Task6 Let’s try教师让学生从歌曲里找到问句,总结 Where__ __ from?的句型应用。
(1)T: Can you find the question sentences

不同点:人称和 be动词相同点:开头和结尾Where +be +sb +from 用来提问某人来自哪里
(2)做练习“给下列句子选择合适的答语”
Task7 Let’s interview 教师设计采访活动,提出第三个问题
“Where do they live
”He\She lives in...(Sydney, Ottawa, Washington D.C.,Agra)Step3.Practice小组内做对话练习。一个扮演记者,另外四个扮演四个动物,接受采访。先做示范,再练习,然后展示。

Step4.Summary教师多媒体呈现 Fruit garden,并结合板书总结本课所学单词和句子。

Step5.Tips.1.国旗(National flag)是国家的一种标志性旗帜,是国家的象征,它通过一定的样式、色彩和图案反映一个国家政治特色和历史文化传统。
T:Love your country. And protect the National flag.2.Enjoy a video about the beautiful China.教师根据各国国旗获得数量评选出获胜者,奖励欣赏美丽中国视频,并建议与其他小组分享。
Step6.Homework.
1.课本 13页单词和句子读三遍。
2.完成今天的练习题。
3.用所学的英语知识向他人介绍自己并询问他人的国籍及居住地。
