Paragraph 1
As the twins looked around them in disappointment, their father appeared. Upon seeing what happened, theirs father suddenly realized that they couldn’t cook well. The twins almost burst into tears. Walking up to them, he made up his mind to assist his children. “Hey, kids, don’t be upset, and I’ll help you out.” he said with a soft voice. The twins face lit up, and they cleaned up the kitchen together.
Then their father instructed them how to make French toast and cook porridge. Half an hour later, the breakfast was done in a perfect way. The twins prepared the breakfast, added a card they had made and walked out of the kitchen with excitement.
Paragraph 2
The twins carried the breakfast upstairs and woke their mother up. “Happy Mothers’ Day, dearest Mummy!” The twins yelled. Their mother was moved to tears, looking at her husband following behind. “This is their holiday surprise for you.” She gave the twins a warm hug with tears streaming down her cheeks, and told them she was extremely proud of them.
Mother bit into a toast and declared it was the best she had ever tasted, which delighted the twins so much. Everything went amazingly. The family shared the breakfast together, and the room was filled with happiness and their laughter.

Had it not been for my stubbornness, we would not have lost our equipment and had to face such a terrible situation.” His voice gradually disappeared as waves rocked the boat, making terrifying sounds. After what seemed to be a century, a great darkness fell. Exhausted, they fell asleep.

四、小试牛刀
没过多久,无线电(radio)就断了,风继续直吹向海岸,把他们吹向更远的海上。Tom吓得浑身发抖,因为水不仅弄湿了他的衣服,而且也毁了他生存的希望。Sam喃喃地说:“有人警告我说一场暴风雨即将来临。如果不是我的固执,我们就不会丢了装备,也不会面临这样可怕的局面。”他的声音逐渐消失,波浪摇晃着船,发出可怕的声音。似乎过了一个世纪,一个巨大的黑暗降临了。由于筋疲力尽,他们睡着了。
