第六课时　Section B (3a 3b)—单元同步作文指导
本单元以“描述人的外貌”为话题，重点学习了如何询问人物的外貌及如何描述人物的外貌。具体到书面表达中，要求同学们会根据题意来描述一个人。所以首先要记住描述外貌的基本句型，如描述人物高矮、胖瘦、身材、发型、面部特征等相关句型；其次在写作中有时也可以根据需要描写他/她的穿着特点、爱好、与别人的不同之处等。
教材中出现的常用句型：
①He's (really) tall/ short.他(真的)很高/矮。
②He's heavy/ thin.他很重/瘦。
③He is of medium height/ build.他中等个子/身材。
④He has long/ short/ straight/ curly/ black/ blonde hair.他有一头长/短/直/卷/黑/金黄发。
⑤He has a big nose/ a small mouth/ a round face/ a long face/ big eyes.他有一个大鼻子/一个小嘴巴/一张圆脸/一张长脸/大眼睛。
⑥He wears glasses.他戴着眼镜。
⑦He usually wears jeans，a T shirt and sports shoes.他通常穿牛仔裤、T恤和运动鞋。
⑧He is good at soccer.他擅长足球。

单元常见错误诊断
病号1：—Is he tall or short
—Yes，he_is_tall．
【处方】上面问句是个选择疑问句，回答时必须选择备选项之一作答，不能用Yes或No作答。故答句应为“He is tall.”或“He is short.”。
病号2：He has curly_brown_short hair.
【处方】在英语中当一个名词被多个形容词修饰时，应注意形容词的先后顺序。在描述人物头发时，先长短，再卷直，然后是颜色。故原句应改为：He has short
curly brown hair.
病号3：My friend Nancy has of medium height.
【处方】of medium height意为“中等身高”，为介词短语，应位于系动词之后作表语。故原句中的has应改为is。
病号4：I'm afraid I may be little late.
【处方】little意为“几乎没有”，修饰不可数名词，含否定意义；a little意为“有点儿”，修饰不可数名词时，含肯定意义，也可以修饰形容词或副词。故原句中的little应改为a little。
