教材分析　　
本课主要要求学生会运用形容词简单描述物品。通过会话创设情景让学生在语境中运用英语进行交流。
教学目标　　
1、知识目标　　
（1）能识别听说单词light, broken, heavy, pocket 　　
（2）学习语句This blue one is big and light. It’ll be easy for you. 　　
2、语言技能目标　　
能运用所学形容词的句型描述事物的特征。　　
3、情感态度目标　　
（1）提高学生学习英语的兴趣，增强学习英语的自信心。　　
（2）培养学生积极主动地参与课堂活动，鼓励学生大胆开口，主动模仿，激发学生学习英语的热情和潜能。
运用任务：1、Introduce the black bag.(呈现课文重点内容)。
2、Lucky dog Game.
3、Exercises for the students.
教学重点 ：
1.单词：light 、broken、heavy、pocket 以及形容词在句型中的使用。
2.句型：It’s big and light. It’s got two pockets.
教学难点：学会用英语描述事物的特征。
教学准备：行李包、单词卡、PPT课件、奖品小卡片等。
教学过程　
一、热身与复习
1.Greeting to each other. T: I’m happy to be your teacher and your friend. Are you happy today Now let’s chant together.（分小组，说明评价规则）
2.Say and do.（All students stand up, then say and do.）　
I’m tall. I’m short . Big Small Happy Sad
（设计意图：通过chant活动复习以前学过的形容词，同时激发了学生的学习热情。）
二、Lead-in （通过物品引入重点单词及It’s+形容词）
（4）Answer some questions:
a) What’s wrong with Lingling’s bag 　　
b) How is the black bag How is the green bag 　　
c）Which bag will Lingling buy Why (注重小组评价，让学生体验获胜感。)
三、课文教学
1. Listen first then answer.（听第一遍整体感知课文）
T: OK. Stop! You all did a good job. Look at the screen. Who are they
S: They are Ms Smart and Lingling.
T: This is Lingling’s bag. Listen to the text (the first time) then answer.
