宾语从句、状语从句
☆ 宾语从句的连接词
宾语从句用三类连接词。
如：He is an honest boy. The teacher said.→The teacher said（that）he was an honest boy.
Does he work hard？I wonder.→I wonder if/whether he works hard.
When did he leave？I don’t know. →I don’t know when he left.
从句来源 连接词 备注
陈述句 that 口语或非正式文体中常省略
一般疑问句 if/whether
特殊疑问句 连接代词：who；whom；whose；which；what 等 在句中担任主、宾、定或表语
连接副词：when；where；why；how等 在句中担任状语
☆ 宾语从句的语序：宾语从句的语序应为陈述句的语序。
如：I hear (that) physics isn’t easy.
I think (that) you will like this school soon.
Can you tell me how I can get to zoo
Please tell me when we’ll have the meeting.
☆ 宾语从句的时态：
1.如果主句的时态是一般现在时，宾语从句该用什么时态就用什么时态
如：I don’t think (that) you are right.
Please tell us where he is.
Can you tell me how I can get to the railway station
2. 如果主句的时态是一般过去时，宾语从句只能用相应的过去时态（一般过去时，过去进行时，过去将来时，过去完成时）。
如：He asked what time it was.
He told me that he was preparing for the sports meet.
He asked if you had written to Peter.
He said that he would go back to the U.S. soon.
3. 如果宾语从句所陈述的是客观真理，其时态常用一般现在时。
如：Our teacher said that January is the first month of the year.
Scientists have proved that the earth turns around the sun.

状语从句：在复合句中，充当状语成分的从句叫状语从句。
☆ 时间状语从句
用when，while，before，after，till，until，since，as soon as等引导
1. 中考高频考点：“主将从现”——when，as soon as，until 等词引导的时间状语从句中，主语用一般将来时，从句用一般现在时。
Eg: I will give you a call as soon as I arrive in Beijing.
2. while的用法：表“正当……的时候”，句后的动词通常使用 -ing形式。
Eg: Wile we were talking, the teacher came in.

☆ 条件状语从句
用 if，unless(=if…not) 引导
中考高频考点：“主将从现”——主句用一般将来时，从句只能用一般现在时。

You won’t be able to go to a good senior high school unless you study hard.

用although 与 though 引导，不能与but连用，但可以与yet连用。

用so…that，such…that引导
注意：so + 形容词/副词 + that从句；such + 名词 + that 从句，表示“如此……以至于……”
Eg: He ran so fast that nobody caught up with him.
They are such smart children that we all like them.
