什么是状语???
状语是修饰动词、形容词、副词等的句子成分。
说明时间、地点、原因、目的、结果、条件等。
例如:
I get up at six. 我六点起床。
I have lunch at school.我在学校吃午饭。

什么是从句???
当一个从句充当状语成分,那个句子就是状语从句。
符合从句的三个必须:
必须是句子 / 必须有连接词 / 必须陈述句
时间状语从句
用表示时间的连词连接一个句子作状语,这样的主从复合句就是时间状语从句。
when, while, as, before, after, until, as soon as…
引导时间状语从句的从属连词有:
I was watching TV at ten o'clock yesterday.
I was watching TV when my mother got home.

when “当…时”。既可接延续性动词(进行时),也可接非延续性动词(一般过去时或一般现在时)遵循“主过从过”“主将从现”
e.g.当我父亲到家时我在做作业。
I was doing my homework when my father got home.
他回来的时候我会告诉他这个消息。
I will tell him the good news when he comes back.
while“当…时”。while引导的从句中,谓语动词必须是延续性动词,且常用过去进行时
e.g.当我在做作业时,电话响了。
The telephone rang while I was doing my homework.
注意:while 也可以作并列连词,表转折对比关系,
相当于but,译为“然而”。
我喜欢听音乐,而我的兄弟爱好运动。
I like listening to music, while my brother likes doing sports.
as①“当…时” 接延续性动词时可与when、while互换
②“随着”,“一边……一边” 多用于过去时
e.g.随着时间的流逝,中国变得强大了。

till/until 用法
(1)主句的延续性动作或状态一直延续到until/till 所表示的时间为止.
我会待在这里,直到你回来。(stay 表示的动作可以持续)
I'll stay here until/till you come back.

until “not...until...”“直到…才” =not…before 还可与when/after 做同义句转化 遵循“主过从过”“主将从现”
直到我回来,我妈妈才睡觉
My mother didn’t go to bed until/before I came back .
